Area Sales Manager

• Manage a designated sales territory and support and develop industrial customers in logistics, manufacturing, the automotive industry, the food and beverage industry, and construction
• Build strong customer relationships through regular customer visits, site surveys, and practical recommendations
• Identify safety risks and resolve challenges related to occupational safety and traffic management
• Manage the entire sales process, from prospecting and qualification through business development, negotiation, closing, and handover
• Plan the sales territory and customer visits efficiently
• Build and carefully maintain a qualified sales pipeline
• Collaborate with the Internal Sales Executive on appointment setting, lead development, and customer relationship management
• Provide the Technical Services team with detailed information from site surveys to support quotation preparation
• Follow up on, negotiate, and close quotations

• Proven experience in field sales or account management within an industrial, manufacturing, construction-related, or technically focused B2B environment
• Demonstrated success in expanding sales territories and acquiring new customers
• Strong closing skills, confident negotiation abilities, and a professional approach to handling objections
• Ability to develop existing customers and actively acquire new ones
• Structured approach to qualification, pipeline management, forecasting, and territory planning
• Experience using CRM systems
• Self-motivated, resilient, and practical in approach
• Credible and professional when engaging with site managers, occupational health and safety professionals, technical teams, procurement, and operational leaders
• A valid driving licence is required
• Willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays, is required
