Senior Frontend Developer

• Design and develop new frontend features from requirements analysis through delivery
• Propose and own frontend architectural solutions across multiple projects, including component architecture, state management, and shared libraries
• Build efficient, testable, and reusable UI components and promote consistent patterns and standards
• Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges with attention to performance, reliability, and maintainability
• Troubleshoot complex application and code issues and lead root-cause analysis across multiple systems
• Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs and collaborate with backend developers on new APIs
• Use client-side storage solutions
• Maintain, refactor, and modernize application features, including legacy code
• Analyze UX/UI projects and application requirements with developers, QA, designers, and the product team
• Provide estimates and technical documentation
• Manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables
• Work with external partners when required
• Track requests, issues, work progress, and changes using project management tools
• Perform code reviews and coach and mentor frontend developers
• Use AI tools to support development, testing, and documentation while guiding responsible team usage

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field
• At least 5 years' experience in a comparable software development role
• Mastery of modern JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• Extensive, proven experience with Vue in production applications
• Strong knowledge of semantic HTML5 and modern CSS3, including Flexbox, Grid, scalable styling architectures, and SCSS
• In-depth experience with Vite or similar build tools such as Webpack, including configuring and optimising builds
• Awareness of scalable, high-performance frontend application challenges, including rendering performance, bundle size, and Core Web Vitals
• Ability to write and maintain automated tests and clear technical documentation
• Proficiency with Git, branching, and code review workflows
• Proven experience resolving cross-browser and cross-device compatibility issues
• Solid experience consuming and helping shape REST and GraphQL APIs
• Hands-on experience with real-time communication such as WebSockets or Server-Sent Events
• Experience with iframe interactions and cross-origin communication such as postMessage
• Working knowledge of Docker for local development environments
• Proven experience mentoring developers or acting as technical lead on a frontend initiative
• Comfortable working with AI-assisted development tools such as AI coding assistants and MCP integrations
• Working proficiency and strong communication skills in spoken and written English
