Junior/Middle Email Marketing Manager

• Set up and maintain all transactional product emails
• Build and optimize automated flows for trial onboarding, subscription conversion, upsell, retention, and win-back
• Grow the number of trials generated through the email channel
• Launch and optimize the warm-up flow
• Localize email communications end-to-end for different markets
• Write email copy in English, prepare layouts, and code emails
• Run A/B tests and analyze campaign performance
• Analyze competitors and identify new ideas for the email channel

• At least 1 year of experience in email marketing at a B2C product company
• Understanding of the subscription product funnel: trial, conversion to subscription, retention, and upsell
• Experience with at least one ESP, such as Customer.io, Braze, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, SendGrid, or similar
• Basic HTML email coding skills or confident use of email builders such as Stripo, BEE, or MJML
• Understanding of key email metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe, and spam complaints
• English at least Upper-Intermediate for writing emails
• Experience with subscription products
• Experience localizing email campaigns for multiple languages and markets
• Understanding of deliverability basics: SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and domain warm-up
• Experience running A/B tests and analyzing results
• Basic data skills with Google Sheets, Amplitude, Looker Studio, or similar
• Ability to work in Figma at the level of editing layouts
