Integration Developer

• Take ownership of complex technical problems and drive them to resolution independently and collaboratively
• Bridge application features and business requirements, addressing technical and non-technical aspects
• Use integration tools such as MuleSoft, WSO2, Azure, BizTalk, and SSIS
• Apply analytical skills to understand customer and operational processes
• Work effectively within large development teams and individual project teams
• Maintain a strong client service approach and creatively meet client needs
• Complete development work within budget and timelines
• Perform other related duties supporting project and team objectives

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in developing integration solutions
• Ability to work well with a team in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment
• Experience in implementing Microservices Architecture
• In-depth knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming (OOPs) principles
• Expertise in API-led connectivity
• Skill in developing REST APIs
• Practical experience with message brokers
• Excellent communication skills, with a consultative and analytical approach to problem-solving
• Extensive background in designing and developing web services
• Proficiency in working with JSON and XML data formats
• Solid understanding of Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design principles
• Familiarity with integration design patterns
• Strong database knowledge
