Senior AI Engineer

• Build multi-agent systems
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, including evaluation and iteration
• Integrate LLMs and AI models into cloud-based applications and APIs
• Implement agent-based workflows and AI automation solutions
• Continuously research, evaluate, and apply new AI tools, models, and frameworks
• Work on projects ranging from rapid prototyping to production-grade deployments
• Collaborate closely with clients, combining technical expertise with business understanding

• Strong experience with Python for AI application development
• Strong experience with agent frameworks and multi-agent systems
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks used in agentic workflows
• Experience designing and implementing knowledge bases, RAG architectures and working with vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, Pinecone, Weaviate)
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI (e.g., OpenAI, open-source models)
• Understanding of AI safety, guardrails, and responsible AI practices
• Ability to speak and write in English
• Familiarity with evaluation of LLMs and agentic workflows
• Experience integrating AI systems with APIs, backend services, and enterprise systems
• Strong understanding of the role of traditional ML in building intelligent systems
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with both technical teams and clients
