Proposals Manager

• Update and maintain pricing model to support proposal efforts
• Research and analyze historical pricing data for presentation to management
• Compile costs, schedule, and technical elements in proposals based on clinical protocols and RFP specifications
• Compile costs and technical elements in change orders based on requirements provided by Sales Representatives
• Report on progress, metrics, and issues for all proposal efforts to management
• Update, organize, and maintain RFI response library
• Coordinate and author RFI responses in accordance with RFI specifications
• Liaise with the Finance Department on pricing and billing inquiries

• Bachelor’s Degree required, in the field of Business Administration preferred
• 2-5 years of related proposals experience
• 1-3 years Pharmaceutical experience required, eClinical technologies experience preferred
• Experience with CRM solutions preferred
• Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
