Senior/Lead User Acquisition

• Own the entire user acquisition function and report directly to the CEO
• Own CAC, ROAS, and the ad-to-subscriber path
• Build the acquisition system from zero, including tracking, attribution, and creative-testing pipeline
• Run structured tests on Meta Ads and expand to other channels once unit economics work
• Scale budgets from validation budget to $100K/month and then $1M+/month
• Source creatives through in-house, freelance, and UGC channels
• Build and lead the user acquisition team later
• Participate in the hiring flow: pre-screen, CEO interview, bar-raising interview, reference check, and job offer

• Full-funnel paid user acquisition experience, with Meta Ads as the primary channel
• Working knowledge of TikTok, ASO, and influencer/UGC
• Experience building structured, hypothesis-driven creative testing systems
• Strong understanding of CAC, LTV, payback, ROAS, and ROMI
• Proven track record scaling budgets from small test budgets to six-figure-plus monthly spend without breaking CPA
• Experience with attribution and analytics, including Amplitude/GA4-style tools, MMP basics, and A/B testing
• Experience sourcing and managing UGC, agencies, and freelancers through Fiverr/Billo/Modash-style platforms
• English at Upper-Intermediate (B2)+ level
• Product and advertising experience targeting English-speaking Tier-1 markets
