• Develop tailored programs
• Provide strategic advice to clients
• Analyze existing benefits systems
• Develop future-ready solutions to increase employee satisfaction
• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience, ideally in key account management, project management, or customer success management
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Empathy, confidence, and assertiveness
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Clear, persuasive, and confident communication skills, both one-to-one and in group presentations
• Strong consulting skills
• Independent, solution-oriented, and structured approach to work
• Excellent organizational skills
• Solid commercial expertise
• Fluent German and English, with strong negotiation skills in both languages
• Solid project management skills
• Affinity for technical topics
• Flexible working hours
