Tech Lead – .NET, C#, Microservices, Azure, AI

• Serve as the technical reference for the Payments Squad, supporting architecture, development, and solution evolution decisions
• Technically lead the development of applications using C# and .NET Core/.NET 5+
• Participate in the design, implementation, and support of microservices-based architectures
• Work with Microsoft Azure solutions, including messaging and distributed queues, Kubernetes, or Azure App Services
• Apply Artificial Intelligence to the software development lifecycle, contributing to delivery productivity, quality, and efficiency
• Promote software engineering best practices, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD)
• Support integrations and data persistence using relational and non-relational databases

• Solid experience developing with C# and .NET, including .NET Core/.NET 5+
• Knowledge of microservices architecture, including design, implementation, and maintenance
• Proficiency with Azure cloud services, focusing on distributed queues, Kubernetes, or App Services
• Solid experience integrating AI into the software development lifecycle
• Familiarity with DevOps best practices, including CI/CD, using Azure DevOps or similar tools
• Experience with relational databases, such as SQL Server, and non-relational databases, such as Cosmos DB
• Completed higher education degree
• Ability to provide technical guidance to the team, propose solutions, and contribute to architectural decisions
• Technical leadership, architectural vision, autonomy, clear communication, and the ability to solve complex problems
