Mid-Level SDR Analyst

• Conduct active prospecting by phone, WhatsApp, email, and other channels to identify qualified leads and convert them into meetings
• Develop and maintain an up-to-date, well-managed lead pipeline, ensuring meetings take place
• Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and refer qualified opportunities to the sales team
• Understand the needs and challenges of potential customers and communicate how the solution delivers value
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure the transition of qualified leads into the sales process
• Use systems and tools to track activities and maintain accurate records of interactions
• Stay up to date on trends in the dental industry and the software’s features and benefits
• Occasionally present team metrics in OKR meetings
• Help create OKRs as part of the commercial team
• Document best practices and learnings in Confluence
• Analyze metrics daily to identify areas for improvement
• Participate in immersion sessions, sales coaching, forecast meetings, process development, and training

• Knowledge of Google Sheets
• Previous sales experience with SaaS software
• Customer service experience
• Knowledge of CRM systems
• Familiarity with the Google ecosystem, everyday technologies, and digital tools in general
