Workday Integrations Analyst

• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio for HR and Payroll modules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications
• Perform integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and resolve defects
• Monitor integrations for performance and data integrity
• Develop and maintain integration documentation, including design specifications, test plans, and support procedures
• Participate in Workday update cycles and implement necessary integration adjustments
• Provide technical support and expertise to end-users
• Collaborate with IT teams and third-party vendors to ensure seamless system integration
• Stay current with Workday integration functionality and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Workday integrations development and support
• Proven expertise with Workday integration tools such as EIB, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday Studio
• Strong understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, and/or Financials modules
• Experience with integration protocols and formats including SFTP, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, and JSON
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and command of English
• Ability to interact effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Spanish and Portuguese language proficiency is a plus
• Workday certification in Integrations is a plus
• Must be a citizen or permanent resident of the country applied for, or hold or be able to obtain a valid working visa
