Commercial Counsel

• Review and negotiate commercial contracts for companies such as Cursor, Ramp, and Cognition
• Orchestrate Crosby’s AI tooling over contracts and apply professional judgment
• Own contract outcomes end-to-end and deliver high-quality client experiences
• Collaborate with Crosby legal team members to interpret contract terms and identify anomalies and edge cases
• Identify review inefficiencies and recurring patterns and convert them into process improvements
• Standardize and codify recurring contract types and playbooks
• Partner with engineering and operations to evolve legal service delivery

• Admitted to practice and in good standing in at least one US state
• An Australian practising certificate, or foreign lawyer registration (or eligibility to register)
• Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a visa with unrestricted work rights; sponsorship unavailable
• 4+ years reviewing US commercial contracts in private practice or in-house
• Impeccable attention to detail and sound, commercial judgment
• High standards for work quality
• Comfort with change and fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environments
• Clear writing and speaking skills
• Interest in or experience with applying AI to legal practice
