Senior Product Designer – Remote in Europe

• Develop a deep understanding of customers, their goals, behaviors, and challenges
• Proactively identify and frame problems and opportunities through customer research, product analytics, and continuous exploration of existing experiences
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape product strategy, priorities, and roadmaps
• Bring customer insights, challenge assumptions, and help focus on problems worth solving
• Design intuitive, effective, and cohesive end-to-end customer journeys within the product area
• Explore and validate approaches, make informed design decisions, and collaborate with Engineering through delivery
• Define success criteria and use qualitative and quantitative insights to evaluate outcomes and continuously improve the experience
• Identify usability gaps, friction, and inconsistencies in existing customer journeys
• Deliver high-quality design craft and contribute to design systems
• Explore new approaches, tools, and technologies, including AI
• Share knowledge, give constructive feedback, and contribute to the Design team’s learning and design standards

• 5+ years of product design experience
• Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problems, design decisions, and measurable impact
• Strong product thinking and business understanding
• Ability to proactively identify customer problems and opportunities
• Proven ability to own and design intuitive, cohesive end-to-end experiences across complex product journeys
• Strong user research and analytical skills, using qualitative and quantitative insights
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills
• Confidence to challenge assumptions and influence product decisions
• Advanced proficiency with AI tools, using AI to accelerate exploration, prototyping, and problem-solving
• Resume in English
