Digital Marketing Analyst – Mid-Level

• Execute, update, configure, and publish pages and digital content on CMS platforms
• Support the implementation of campaigns, content, and digital updates for different Latin American markets
• Conduct testing and validation before and after publication
• Ensure the correct implementation of links, URLs, images, SEO metadata, and approved content
• Monitor review and approval workflows for digital materials
• Organize and manage digital assets, including images, documents, and platform materials
• Receive and validate briefs, following requests through to final publication
• Log and track requests and tickets related to technical needs and platform updates
• Liaise with Marketing, Compliance, IT, and global teams
• Support launches, platform updates, and the implementation of new features
• Document processes, procedures, and information related to the tools and platforms used

• Experience with CMS (Content Management System) platforms and/or digital content operations
• Knowledge of processes for configuring, updating, testing, and publishing digital content
• Familiarity with review and approval workflows for materials and content
• Advanced English proficiency
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proactive, analytical, and execution-oriented mindset, with a focus on delivery quality
• Availability to work 100% remotely
• Spanish is a plus
• Knowledge of Contentstack is a plus
• Experience with Veeva or content review and approval processes is a plus
• Knowledge of JIRA or similar ticket management tools is a plus
• Familiarity with Bynder or other Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms is a plus
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital asset management is a plus
• Experience in LATAM-wide digital operations or in multinational environments is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 3–5 years of professional experience preferred
