Radiologist – Chest CT Annotation, AI Project

• Carry out structural annotation on de-identified chest CT scans
• Mark points, boxes and measurements on findings flagged upstream using a dedicated annotation platform
• Place click-points at specific scan coordinates, such as nodule centres
• Draw bounding boxes around defined regions of interest, such as flagged lesions
• Record diameters or distances between marked points on existing segmentations or polygons
• Apply annotation guidelines covering placement conventions, boundary definitions and measurement rules
• Flag ambiguous cases with a short rationale
• Support development of clinical AI imaging models
• Perform structural markup without diagnostic interpretation, malignancy assessment or clinical decision-making
• Registered radiologist in your country of practice with active license
• 3–10 years' experience in radiology, with a chest/thoracic focus
• Strong grounding in thoracic anatomy and cross-sectional CT
• Proven accuracy and consistency in image review or measurement work
• Comfortable using structured annotation tools and digital platforms
• Prior imaging annotation experience is an advantage but not required
• Native or near-native written English
• Right to work in your country of residence
• Work as an independent contractor
• Part-time, remote and fully asynchronous work arrangements
• Hourly rate, paid weekly
• Hands-on experience in clinical AI development and medical imaging
