Senior Technical Architect

• Conduct deep-dive technical discovery sessions and lead advanced architectural exchanges with prospective clients
• Articulate complex enterprise integration strategies to business and technical stakeholders
• Architect enterprise-grade integrations using the QAD Integration Platform, middleware, ETL, and ESB platforms
• Design integrations using REST APIs, SOAP, JSON, XML, and modern communication frameworks
• Present and demonstrate integration capabilities with third-party applications, AI Agents, and cognitive workflows
• Partner with Account Executives and Business Consultants on complex RFPs/RFIs
• Address technical objections, validate solution feasibility, and ensure handoffs to Implementation Services
• Develop and maintain technical diagrams, data-flow schemas, and system topology designs for cloud, hybrid, and on-premises deployments
• Lead technical discovery and architectural discussions with prospects, customers, and enterprise executives
• Provide customer-driven feedback to Product R&D

• 10+ years of professional experience in technical solutions architecture, system integration, or software engineering
• Proven experience managing and architecting within Cloud and SaaS environments
• Strong understanding of security protocols, data privacy, and compliance
• Deep, hands-on knowledge of A2A, B2B, and B2G integration frameworks
• Current technical knowledge of AI Agent integration layers, LLM orchestration pipelines, and cognitive agent frameworks
• Full command of RESTful APIs, SOAP, web services, microservices design patterns, and routing topologies
• Mastery of middleware platforms such as Boomi, MuleSoft, or equivalent, plus ETL and ESB systems
• Familiarity with manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial enterprise software landscapes highly desirable
• Exceptional written, verbal, and visual presentation skills
• Proven ability to translate complex technical jargon into business value for C-level executives
• Proven experience supporting complex enterprise sales cycles, delivering technical demonstrations, and leading architectural workshops
• Excellent English, verbal and written
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional qualifications
• Relevant industry certifications are highly valued, including PMP, Boomi/MuleSoft Architect, AI/LLM Engineering, or AWS/Azure Solution Architect
