Frontend Software Engineer, React

• Build complex, responsive interfaces in the project’s framework
• Write clean, testable code with unit and end-to-end tests
• Review peers’ code
• Shape component structure, state management, and API integration
• Optimize load times and rendering performance
• Ensure accessibility compliance
• Protect against XSS and similar security risks
• Deliver consistent behavior across browsers and devices
• Turn UX designs into working UI
• Align on API contracts with backend teams
• Guide junior developers and share frontend best practices
• Develop solutions for a retail technology provider delivering point-of-sale and store operations solutions

• Strong experience with React
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Strong experience with GraphQL
• Experience with CSS-in-JS (PandaCSS)
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage proactively in discussions
• Independent and self-driven approach to work
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks and decisions
• Regular use of AI tools to improve productivity, automate or reduce repetitive work, support decision-making, and deliver higher-quality outcomes
• Ability to use AI tools responsibly by structuring effective prompts, critically validating outputs, understanding limitations, and taking ownership of the final result
• Experience with Node.js (nice to have)
• Experience with Headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentful (nice to have)
