Payment Analyst

• Monitor PSP balances daily to ensure sufficient funds for processing
• Perform analysis on various metrics across multiple payment solutions
• Conduct daily transactional reconciliations
• Manage settlements for PSPs that do not support automated settlement processes
• Execute requested refunds using back-office applications
• Liaise with payment vendors for account openings, onboarding, updates and compliance-related requests
• Support the Product team with new implementations, system updates, and ongoing projects
• Handle internal and external payment-related queries
• Collect monthly fees, perform invoice reconciliation, and prepare reports

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably working with online payment solutions or within the Forex industry
• Excellent command of English
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
