Principal Product Manager

• Own a product track end to end, including strategy, discovery, roadmap, delivery, and outcomes
• Conduct evidence-led discovery using customer interviews, support insight, behavioral data, and competitive analysis
• Develop written problem statements and size opportunities
• Prioritize initiatives against business impact and make investment cases
• Partner with a designer and engineering manager to define requirements and deliver incremental work
• Maintain quality, stability, and security standards
• Define hypotheses and success metrics, run A/B tests at scale, and stop ineffective initiatives
• Define KPIs, monitor the funnel, and report progress, risk, and learnings to product leadership
• Collaborate across marketing, support, data, and sibling airSlate products
• Help expand the pdfFiller brand and bring new products to market

• 5+ years in product management, including at least two owning a self-serve SaaS product, or a significant surface of one, end to end
• Track record of measurable business outcomes, including conversion, activation, retention, or ARPU
• Strong experimentation practice: designing and sizing A/B tests, interpreting results, and acting on negative results
• Comfort with data: defining metrics, working in a BI tool, reading or writing SQL, and forming and testing hypotheses independently
• Customer discovery experience and ability to turn customer feedback into actionable problem statements
• Experience with product-led growth in a high-volume self-serve funnel, including paid acquisition, trial or freemium, activation, and monetization
• Experience shipping AI features into real user workflows
• Ability to work in ambiguity and bring structure to it
• Comfortable using AI to significantly increase personal productivity
• Professional working proficiency in English, B2 to C1 or above (nice to have)
• Polish, B1 to B2, is a plus and not a requirement
• Domain background in documents, workflow automation, e-signature, fintech, HR tech, or legal tech is nice to have
• Experience with SMB or prosumer customers rather than enterprise-only is nice to have
