Procurement Portal & RFP Specialist

• Register, manage, and maintain OurTeam’s profiles on public and private procurement portals, vendor databases, and tender platforms
• Keep compliance documentation, capability statements, certifications, tax/financial information, and insurance details updated for rapid submission
• Search and track active opportunities related to Workforce Transformation, Work Redesign, RPO Services, Skills Architecture, Managed Staffing, and HR Technology Change Management
• Lead the end-to-end bid management lifecycle for RFPs, RFIs, RFQs, and EOIs
• Parse RFP requirements and create response checklists, compliance matrices, and delivery schedules
• Draft, edit, and assemble customized proposal responses using master content, case studies, and tailored technical value propositions
• Coordinate with Solutions Architects, Operations, and Leadership to gather delivery models, pricing inputs, and technical specifications
• Review final submission packages for formatting, eligibility, legal, and deadline compliance
• Log, track, and monitor bids, vendor applications, and procurement leads in Zoho CRM
• Manage post-submission follow-ups and capture evaluator feedback to improve the proposal repository and win rate
• Collaborate with the outbound team using Explee automated lead-generation sequences to cross-reference target accounts with procurement signals

• 2–4+ years of proven experience in bid writing, RFP management, vendor portal registration, or procurement coordination within B2B professional services, consulting, IT, or workforce/staffing industries
• Hands-on experience navigating enterprise vendor portals, municipal/government tender boards, and RFP aggregator platforms
• Exceptional written communication skills in English
• Ability to articulate complex services (Workplace Transformation, Managed Capacity, Skills Frameworks) into clear, compelling proposal copy
• Hands-on experience using CRMs
• Experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho ATS is a strong advantage
• Track record of managing multiple tight bid deadlines simultaneously without sacrificing quality
