Back Office & Accounting Specialist

• Review and allocate incoming payments
• Create, send, and amend invoices and credit notes
• Follow up on outstanding receivables and manage the dunning process
• Prepare and compile documents for external accounting
• Coordinate with tax advisors and provide support on accounting-related matters
• Process and monitor affiliate and partner payments
• Prepare and review commission statements
• Prepare monthly financial overviews, analyses, and reports
• Maintain and manage CRM systems and customer data
• Manage and organize contracts and documentation
• Prepare employment contracts
• Collect, review, and file KYC and compliance documentation
• Schedule appointments and support management with administrative tasks
• Continuously optimize internal processes and workflows

• Initial professional experience in back office, accounting, administration, or a comparable role
• Career changers with a strong affinity for numbers and a structured approach to work are also welcome
• Excellent written and spoken German
• English proficiency at least at C1 level
• Confident using digital tools and willing to learn new systems quickly
• Independent, meticulous, and responsible approach to work
• High level of discretion and reliability
• Experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Google Sheets, Stripe, Digistore24, Notion, and Slack is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Affinity for numbers and analytical thinking
