Startup Accelerator

Hello, we are Startup Accelerator! Since 2014, we’ve helped Data and AI specialists find consultancy roles they love at companies like KLM, ING, Vattenfall, and Randstad Group. Startup Accelerator helps Machine Learning Engineers, MLOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and Cloud DevOps Engineers become independent, freelance consultants. A difficult step to take for some, but we’ve found a solution. In our vision, freelance consultants are the future of work. We act as a stepping stone for ambitious consultants who want to move away from traditional employment towards more flexibility, technically challenging projects, and higher earnings — without the risks of starting up on your own. We connect you with your first project at a company of your choice and take you through every step of establishing your own freelance consultancy company, before ending your current employment contract. Instead of a fixed salary, you earn 75% of the hourly rate, around €12,000 per month, depending on how you’d like to have your work-life balance. After one year, you are ready to fly on your own without Startup Accelerator and have 100% of your hourly rate. The future of work, it's up to you!
