Data Information Security Analyst

• Perform queries on SQL, NoSQL, Redis, logs, and grep-based data sources, applying secure query and data modeling practices
• Harden database infrastructure and improve access controls
• Apply anonymization practices and functions in PostgreSQL (PL/SQL), T-SQL, and similar technologies
• Support data and development teams in implementing secure data models in compliance with Brazil’s LGPD and PCI-DSS
• Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of security data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports with actionable information security insights
• Collaborate with security, IT, and other teams to implement data security solutions
• Monitor and respond to security incidents, investigating and mitigating threats through data analysis
• Implement and maintain security data analysis tools, including big data platforms
• Participate in risk assessments and security audits, providing data-driven analysis
• Assist in defining and implementing security policies and procedures
• Conduct forensic analysis of security incidents using advanced data mining techniques
• Stay current on trends, cyber threats, technologies, and data analysis methodologies

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience in information security data analysis
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau
• Experience with big data tools
• Strong knowledge of incident management, risk assessments, and threat mitigation techniques
• Ability to work with large volumes of data and perform complex analyses
• Relevant certifications, such as CISM, CEH, or similar certifications (a plus)
• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to information security (a plus)
• Familiarity with ISO 27001, Brazil’s LGPD, and PCI-DSS (a plus)
• Experience in forensic analysis and cybersecurity incident response (a plus)
• Knowledge of security in AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud environments (a plus)
