Motion Designer

• Create engaging video content for social media, advertising, brand campaigns, product demos, events and other channels
• Support the creative team with animation, motion graphics, audio selection, colour correction and video editing
• Adapt and optimise video content for different channels and platforms
• Develop storyboards to bring creative concepts to life from start to finish
• Maintain brand consistency and high-quality standards across motion content
• Collaborate with content creators and key stakeholders to develop and deliver creative ideas
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and explore new creative opportunities
• Manage project timelines and meet deadlines with guidance from the project manager

• Strong portfolio showcasing creativity and high-quality work
• Previous experience in motion design or video production
• Positive, collaborative mindset and a “yes, and” approach to creative problem-solving
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong eye for design and interest in emerging creative trends
• Strong English communication skills
• Reliable and stable internet connection with a consistent 50 Mbps plan
• Suitable remote working environment free from distractions and background noise, with a suitable chair and desk
• Must reside within Greater Metro Manila
• Must be legally eligible to work in the Philippines and address visa sponsorship requirements
