• Experience implementing, configuring, and supporting the module
• Experience gathering requirements and mapping processes
• Experience with user acceptance testing, testing, and functional support
• Consultative and analytical mindset with strong communication skills
• Knowledge of other TOTVS RM modules
• Experience with integrations and SQL Server
• TOTVS certifications
