Operations Intern

• Review idea submissions and other stage-wise submissions for Grades 11 and 12 to assess quality, relevance, completeness, and alignment with programme objectives
• Assess students’ business ideas and categorise schools based on defined quality parameters
• Track submission status and programme progress across private schools, flagging delayed or incomplete submissions
• Maintain a structured tracker of submission quality, school-wise progress, recurring gaps, and areas for improvement
• Consolidate findings to identify common challenges, plan targeted support for teachers and students, and strengthen implementation

• A keen interest in the development and education sector
• Hindi, English & Punjabi language proficiency (reading and comprehension)
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Basic Google Sheets / MS Excel skills
