Senior React Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React and TypeScript
• Build reusable, maintainable, and high-quality React components
• Define and contribute to frontend architecture and component design decisions
• Translate business and technical requirements into effective frontend solutions
• Develop responsive and user-friendly interfaces following modern frontend best practices
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
• Implement unit, integration, and/or end-to-end testing for frontend applications
• Identify and resolve performance, usability, and technical issues
• Collaborate with backend developers, solution architects, UX/UI designers, and other technical stakeholders
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to coding standards and development best practices
• Work with CI/CD pipelines to automate build, testing, and deployment processes
• Use Azure DevOps for source control, work tracking, and CI/CD
• Contribute to technical documentation and frontend development standards
• Support the team in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical challenges
• Participate in the hiring process, including interviews, technical assessments or test tasks, and final decision steps as applicable

• 7+ years of professional software development experience, with strong focus on frontend development
• Extensive hands-on experience with React in production environments
• Strong experience with TypeScript
• Strong understanding of modern JavaScript/ES6+
• Proven experience designing and building reusable and scalable React components
• Strong understanding of frontend architecture and design patterns
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks and practices
• Experience implementing automated testing, including unit and/or integration tests
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, including source control and CI/CD
• Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services
• Strong understanding of Git and modern development workflows
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a cross-functional engineering team
• Nice to have: Experience integrating React components with Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Nice to have: Experience integrating React applications or components with Microsoft Power Platform
• Nice to have: Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
