Marketing Intelligence Analyst
About the role
• Assist in restructuring the department by organizing processes, data, and metrics to support a more strategic, data-driven Marketing function.
• Build market and competitive intelligence by monitoring competitors, trends, positioning, offerings, and developments across the Private Education and Government sectors.
• Map and prioritize markets, segments, and adjacent opportunities within the Education and Government verticals.
• Conduct market potential studies and analyze the pain points and needs of target audiences for Lyceum and Ergon products.
• Act as a strategic partner to Marketing and Sales, transforming market, CRM, performance, and win/loss analysis data into recommendations and strategies.
• Manage and analyze Marketing data and processes, monitoring the funnel, conversion, attribution, lead generation, and lead qualification.
• Identify bottlenecks, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
• Manage and analyze the generated lead database, defining follow-up actions and routing leads to sales opportunities.
• Support performance media and demand generation initiatives, particularly event-related activities, by evaluating results and optimization opportunities.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and performance analyses using CRM, marketing automation, Analytics, and BI tools.
• Support decision-making and generate insights for Marketing, Sales, and leadership.
• Work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, Special Projects, and the Education and Government verticals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in Marketing Operations, Revenue Operations, Marketing Business Intelligence, or Competitive Intelligence.
• Experience analyzing data applied to Marketing, Sales, or business operations.
• Strong proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience with BI and Analytics tools, especially Power BI and Google Analytics/GA4 or equivalent platforms.
• Experience with Marketing and Sales funnel analysis and management.
• Experience in market segmentation, benchmarking, or competitive analysis.
• Knowledge of the private education/higher education institution and/or government sectors is a plus.
• Experience structuring a Marketing Operations function or process is a plus.
• Experience working at B2B software/SaaS companies is a plus.
• Postgraduate degree or MBA in Marketing, Growth, Data, or Business Analytics is a plus.
