Junior CS Implementation Analyst – Omie ERP

• Conduct 4 to 5 online training sessions per day for clients with diverse profiles, ensuring the implementation of 15–20 clients per month
• Lead the structured onboarding of new clients, from the initial assessment through system activation
• Map client processes, ensuring alignment with the ERP and management best practices
• Provide guidance and consultative support for the platform’s initial parameterization and configuration
• Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client engagement
• Develop and deliver training for different user profiles, ensuring clarity, effective instruction, and user independence when working with the platform’s features
• Create and track implementation schedules, conducting training sessions and alignment meetings with clients
• Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, proposing course corrections and practical solutions to maintain project progress
• Record all stages, decisions, progress, and next steps in the CRM, ensuring traceability and delivery quality
• Monitor activation, engagement, and customer success metrics, taking data-driven action to ensure customers achieve first value
• Collaborate closely with the Sales, Product, Support, and Customer Success teams, ensuring smooth handoffs and continuity throughout the customer journey
• Gather structured feedback on the customer experience and contribute to continuous improvements in implementation processes

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress, preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or Information Technology-related fields
• Basic knowledge of administrative and financial processes, including accounts payable/receivable, billing, and cash flow
• Experience in Customer Success implementing complex B2B software, preferably ERP, POS, or similar systems
• Ability to deliver training and communicate clearly and effectively with users at different levels of maturity
• Experience managing a customer portfolio, keeping the CRM up to date, recording feedback, and ensuring the scheduling of subsequent training sessions
• Ability to manage projects with defined schedules, regular follow-up rituals, and scope control
• Analytical mindset and ability to interpret implementation metrics and KPIs
• Strong organizational skills, discipline, and ability to maintain structured documentation
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented profile
• Knowledge of ERP fundamentals and its main modules
• Basic knowledge of Brazilian tax legislation, including taxes, fiscal documents, and primary and ancillary tax obligations
• Previous experience in consulting or a consultative technology role
• Basic knowledge of tax operations and accounting routines
• Experience in the SaaS market, especially with ERP systems
• Experience implementing solutions for enterprise accounts or highly complex projects
• Knowledge of agile methodologies and project management tools
• Fluency in English and/or Spanish to deliver training and provide customer support
• Certifications related to Customer Success, Project Management, or ERP
• Knowledge of CRM tools
