Senior Consultant, AI Transformation

• Contribute to AI transformation projects from strategic ambition to implementation
• Assess organizational AI readiness and identify transformation priorities
• Analyze AI impacts on business processes, roles, capabilities, governance, and ways of working
• Contribute to AI-enabled target operating models and governance structures
• Translate AI use cases and technology opportunities into organizational and business requirements
• Develop transformation roadmaps, implementation concepts, and value realization approaches
• Design and support change, adoption, and capability-building initiatives
• Prepare and facilitate stakeholder workshops across organizational levels
• Develop analyses, concepts, presentations, and client deliverables
• Collaborate with Data & AI, technology, strategy, and industry experts across the Eraneos Group
• Contribute to AI Transformation methods, assets, and thought leadership
• Take increasing responsibility for workstreams, client interactions, and coordination of junior team members, depending on experience

• A university degree in business administration, information systems, organizational sciences, psychology, engineering, or a comparable field
• At least 2 years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, transformation, organizational development, or a comparable business role
• Initial practical experience in AI transformation or AI strategy implementation
• Initial practical experience in target operating model and organizational design
• Initial practical experience in AI governance and use-case portfolio management
• Initial practical experience in change management, adoption, and capability building
• Initial practical experience in process transformation and AI-enabled ways of working
• Initial practical experience in transformation management and value realization
• Strong interest in the organizational and business implications of AI
• Ability to understand and connect business, organizational, and technological perspectives
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• Collaborative, proactive, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluent German and English language skills
