Treasury Operations and Reconciliations Manager

• Run daily settlement and reconciliation operations across SEPA, instant payments, cards, and international transfers
• Fund payment channels and maintain operational buffers around the clock
• Help launch new payment schemes and settlement models safely
• Reconcile banks, card schemes, payment processors, and custodians
• Maintain client-money safeguarding and accurate regulatory and scheme reporting
• Design funds flows for new products, markets, and partners, including accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment, reconciliation, and failure handling
• Act as escalation point for payment incidents and build cross-team resolution processes
• Document operations, remove single points of failure, and automate manual work with engineering teams
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams on money flows before new products launch
• Run treasury operations independently from policy, capital, investment decisions, and trade execution managed by the Head of Treasury

• Experience in treasury operations, payment operations, or reconciliation at an e-money institution, payment institution, or bank
• Hands-on knowledge of payment rails such as SEPA, SWIFT, and card schemes
• Experience designing or rebuilding money flows for new products or payment rails, including accounts, postings, safeguarding treatment, and reconciliation
• Experience turning manual, person-dependent work into documented, automated processes with engineers
• Experience handling money-impacting payment incidents from first alert to resolution
• Knowledge of segregation of duties and audit readiness
• Ability to explain complex money flows simply
• Fluent English
