AI Platform Architect

• Design and maintain AI solution and integration architectures
• Ensure seamless connectivity between AI platforms and enterprise systems, data sources, APIs, and identity/security services
• Develop the AI platform roadmap and translate business requirements into target architectures, solution designs, and phased implementation plans
• Own and manage the Langdock AI platform, including architecture, administration, governance, and lifecycle management
• Define and maintain AI platform standards, policies, security controls, and operating models
• Consult and support Business Groups in identifying, planning, architecting, and integrating AI use cases
• Lead and deliver group-wide AI initiatives
• Evaluate new AI technologies and define strategic recommendations for enterprise adoption
• Drive user adoption through enablement, best practices, and stakeholder engagement
• Manage platform vendors and external partners
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements

• 8+ years of experience in IT architecture, platform ownership, or enterprise technology services
• Hands-on experience governing and operating enterprise AI platforms in a large enterprise environment
• Strong understanding of AI governance, security, compliance, and enterprise architecture
• Experience managing cross-functional and international projects
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions
• Willingness to travel internationally to support Business Groups, workshops, and project activities
• Fluent English required
• German is a plus
