Senior Project Manager, Performance Marketing Manager

• Develop Meta campaigns from audience analysis through copy, funnels, and creatives to launch
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance and Meta metrics
• Replace underperforming ads with new angles and strategically develop successful content further
• Conduct in-depth calls with clients
• Independently develop marketing angles and derive specific campaigns from them
• Serve as the point of contact throughout ongoing projects
• Support Account Management with day-to-day operations
• Monitor deadlines, project status, and quality
• Manage careers pages and landing pages
• Conduct technical calls with clients
• Set up applicant management systems such as Recruitee and Leadtable
• In the medium term, further develop in-house Social Ads, take on quality management, and grow into a subject-matter leadership role

• Experience in performance marketing, particularly Meta Ads
• Basic knowledge of copywriting and campaign development
• Experience at a recruiting agency is preferred
• Native-level German proficiency for client communication and copy evaluation
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Solution-oriented prioritization and a structured way of working
• Technical understanding of tracking, landing pages, and basic integrations
• Experience with automation tools such as Make is a plus
• Confident use of AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in day-to-day work
• Willingness to take independent ownership of projects and results
