Production Artist

• Create designs and layouts for various products
• Prepare and optimize design assets for mass production
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency across all design outputs
• Manage multiple tasks and projects while meeting deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and successful project delivery
• Stay updated on design trends and industry best practices

• 4–7 years of experience in graphic design and print production
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
• Strong creative, design, and layout skills
• Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Working knowledge of English
• Amenable to work 6AM
• Familiarity with or interest in the journaling community (preferred)
• Experience using macOS (preferred)
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new processes and workflows (preferred)
