Social Media Video Editor

• Edit social media content: Reels, TikToks, ads, interview clips, podcast clips, and event aftermovies
• Turn clear briefs into finished videos using existing templates, outros, and formatting guidelines
• Use AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Runway, Kling, or comparable tools
• Combine AI generation with traditional video editing
• Develop and implement hooks, transitions, and fast-paced editing patterns
• Create variations for testing: hooks, intros, and cuts
• Create subtitles in German and English
• Maintain your own task cards in Notion: update statuses, add export and preview links, and keep track of deadlines
• Work independently according to defined objectives and meet fixed deadlines

• Highly proficient in video editing, particularly with Premiere Pro and After Effects
• Experience in social media editing; this is not an image film-focused role
• Experience with at least one AI video tool
• Understanding of platform mechanics, including hooks, pacing, and pattern interrupts
• Careful handling of sensitive content: medical clients have strict requirements—no identifiable patients, no before-and-after comparisons, and no promises of results
• Structured, self-directed approach to work
• Proficient written German and English
• Two to three social media work samples
• One or two sentences describing which AI tools you have worked with to date
