SAP Ariba Invoicing Consultant

• Configure and support PO and non-PO invoice-processing scenarios
• Manage invoice validation rules, approval workflows, tolerances, exceptions, and business controls
• Troubleshoot invoice errors, workflow failures, integration defects, and master data issues
• Perform root-cause analysis and coordinate defect resolution
• Execute functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing
• Document test scenarios, defects, process flows, document types, exceptions, and role configurations
• Collaborate with procurement, accounts payable, finance, ERP, and technical teams
• Support deployments, production issues, and process improvements
• Contribute to test automation using Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, or similar tools

• 5+ years of relevant experience in SAP VIM, SAP Ariba, invoice management, or procure-to-pay processes
• Mandatory hands-on experience with OpenText VIM
• Strong understanding of PO and non-PO invoice processing, invoice validation, workflows, and exception handling
• Good knowledge of SAP MM and FI functionalities
• Experience in functional and integration testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis
• Exposure to SAP Ariba Buying and Invoicing, SAP Business Network, and ERP integrations is preferred
• Knowledge of Tosca, Playwright, Selenium, Jira, or Azure DevOps is an added advantage
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills
