Field Service Technician – Electromechanical

• Install and commission sorting equipment at customer sites
• Carry out maintenance and troubleshooting operations
• Train operators and maintenance teams
• Provide technical expertise, support, and advice to customers
• Represent TOMRA to customers and contribute to service quality
• Organize work from home between service visits
• Prepare customer visits, write service reports, and update technical documentation
• Provide remote assistance when necessary
• Primarily support customers in Brittany and neighboring regions
• Occasionally support colleagues and customers in other regions of France

• Technical qualification at Bac+2 level or higher in electrical engineering, industrial maintenance, automation, electronics, or a related field
• Practical experience diagnosing electrical faults and troubleshooting electromechanical systems
• Fluency in French and the ability to communicate effectively in English in a technical and professional environment
• Proven experience in preventive maintenance, fault diagnosis, and repair of industrial equipment in a customer-focused environment
• Experience in field-based after-sales service, customer-site maintenance, commissioning, installation, or field technical support is a strong advantage
• Good IT skills, particularly with PC systems, networks, and their configuration
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills
• A valid Category B driving license is essential
