Account Development Manager – Evening Shift

• Understand customer use cases and work processes to provide guidance on optimizing Wrike usage
• Proactively reach out to customers by email and phone to help them use Wrike efficiently and share best practices
• Spend approximately 80% of work time on customer calls
• Maximize customer lifetime by helping customers unlock product value
• Drive product adoption across customers’ teams
• Drive net retention through upsell and cross-sell
• Onboard knowledge-worker customers, improve their productivity with Wrike, and answer their questions
• Understand customer goals, provide tailored best-practice advice, and deliver Wrike value
• Work as part of the Engagement Team alongside other Account Development Managers

• 1+ years of work experience in a customer-facing role (Customer Success, Account Management, Customer Support, etc.)
• Fluent English
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to present complex ideas in an accessible and engaging way
• Keen business sense to discover and understand customer business objectives and pain points
• Passionate about teaching/instilling knowledge in others
• Willing to dive into technical details of a product to understand it thoroughly
• Ready to cover the sales side of the customer interaction, including delivering sales demos, negotiating price, managing the pipeline, processing and closing deals
• Prepared to work evening shift (16:30–01:00)
• Great people skills, including patience, empathy, tact, and poise under pressure
• Excellent organization, note-taking, and time management skills
