Consultant

• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives, processes, and user needs in the travel space
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and document detailed business requirements
• Write user stories aligned with business goals and refine them with product owners, developers, and QA teams
• Review systems, processes, and data flows to identify improvements
• Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows, document user stories, and maintain project documentation
• Collaborate with development, QA, and other teams to implement solutions
• Support quality assurance by creating test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Identify process improvements and recommend efficiency-enhancing solutions
• Stay current on travel-industry trends and best practices

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Systems Analyst
• Strong proficiency in Jira and Confluence
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Experience writing user stories and defining acceptance criteria
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• GDS (Global Distribution System) experience is a strong plus
