Monitoring Analyst – Safety

• Monitor drivers’ electronic logs and Hours of Service (HOS) to ensure compliance with FMCSA regulations
• Proactively identify potential HOS violations and compliance risks
• Monitor drivers in real time and provide guidance to help them remain compliant
• Communicate with drivers regarding log status, available driving hours, and potential violations
• Review and analyze ELD data to identify inconsistencies, irregularities, or compliance issues
• Take immediate action to prevent or minimize potential HOS violations
• Escalate critical compliance or safety issues to the appropriate teams
• Maintain accurate records of monitoring activities, violations, and corrective actions
• Support drivers with questions related to HOS regulations and ELD usage
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, and other relevant teams to ensure safe and efficient fleet operations
• Perform continuous monitoring throughout the night shift and respond promptly to alerts or compliance issues

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make accurate calculations
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to identify potential issues before they become problems
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to professionally assist and guide drivers
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and make sound decisions independently
• Proficient with computers and able to quickly learn new software and internal systems
• Reliable, dependable, and capable of working overnight or extended shifts as needed
• Previous transportation, logistics, dispatch, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
