Forward Deployed Engineer

• Build integrations between the platform and client systems, including ERPs, WMS, TMS, and data warehouses
• Deploy alongside clients in their environments and understand operational workflows and data issues
• Design, implement, and iterate AI workflows using agentic flows, prompt engineering, context design, and output evaluation
• Own reliability, performance, monitoring, failure-mode identification, and continuous improvement of live deployments
• Translate field learnings into product feedback, technical documentation, and reusable playbooks
• Work directly with clients and the Implementation team to execute technical platform deployments

• Minimum 2–4 years of hands-on engineering experience
• Experience with Python, REST APIs, and SQL
• Portfolio of shipped integrations or systems
• Ability to work in ambiguous client environments without complete specifications
• End-to-end understanding of data flows, data quality, and reliability for AI use
• Working understanding of AI and LLMs, including prompt design and output evaluation
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to operations leaders and engineers
• Fluency in Spanish and English
• Based in LATAM or the US
• Availability to work across time zones and travel to client sites when needed
• Nice to have: background in supply chain, logistics, or operations
• Nice to have: experience integrating enterprise systems such as SAP, Oracle, ERPs, or WMS platforms
• Nice to have: previous forward-deployed, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical experience
