Product Designer

• Create high-fidelity UI/UX designs, user flows, and sustainable design systems/style guides based on business goals
• Develop prototypes and micro-interactions to test and validate product ideas
• Direct AI tools with a clear design vision to accelerate research and prototyping while ensuring UX quality
• Work directly with clients to manage product expectations, timelines, and design deliverables
• Partner closely with engineering teams to ensure technical viability and avoid over-engineering
• Mentor and support other team members while fostering open feedback and technical excellence
• Work daily on a healthcare project

• 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer
• Strong portfolio and case studies demonstrating product design based on business goals and real user needs
• Deep understanding of design processes
• Ability to create UI designs with accompanying style guides
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience in prototyping and/or creating micro-interactions
• Experience working in a client-facing environment
• Ability to manage expectations, deadlines, and budgets
• Ability to leverage AI for prototyping and research synthesis while owning UX quality and usability decisions
• Exceptional written and spoken English (C1)
