Key Account Manager – Mid Market

About the role

• Manage approximately 100 existing customer accounts with 100–2,500 employees
• Develop the customer portfolio and generate growth through an 80%-sales-oriented KAM role
• Collaborate with Client Success Partners and internal experts in digital pedagogy, platform structuring, and IT
• Take full ownership of the customer portfolio
• Map accounts, define account growth strategies, and prioritize the portfolio through tiering
• Gather customer information to generate upselling opportunities
• Prepare account reviews to identify development areas
• Conduct presentations and demonstrations of 360Learning
• Complete portfolio handover and close €30–50K of new ARR in the first quarter
• Report activity accurately with the coach to optimize forecasting
• Improve business processes proactively
• Write complex business proposals and conduct business negotiations
• Close €65–85K of new ARR in the second quarter
• Prepare for and ensure customer contract renewals
• Define action plans to generate upsells
• Manage the entire business relationship with customers
• Exceed targets and progress toward the annual target

• 3+ years of experience in an Account Manager or sales-related function involving revenue generation with a portfolio of clients
• Previous experience working in the SaaS industry
• Experience in a fast-growing environment such as a start-up or scale-up
• Active listening skills and a team-player mindset
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent French
• Excellent English proficiency (B2+)
