SAP Consultant

• Analyse complex business requirements and support the design and implementation of sustainable SAP solutions
• Ensure continuous improvement of SAP processes and systems
• Support business functions in process optimisation and adoption of SAP best practices
• Contribute to functional concepts, solution designs, and implementation strategies
• Carry out testing activities, cutover planning, and go-live support
• Contribute to international SAP rollout and transformation projects
• Prioritise incidents, change requests, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Support and coach key users and provide guidance to junior consultants
• Collaborate with external partners and service providers
• Contribute to the SAP S/4HANA roadmap and future system architecture

• Degree in Business Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or an equivalent qualification
• At least 5 years of professional experience as an SAP Consultant or in a similar role
• In-depth expertise in at least one SAP module (FI/CO, SD, MM/WM, or PP/QM)
• Proven experience in SAP implementations, rollouts, process harmonisation, or transformation projects
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA is considered an advantage
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and organisational skills
• Excellent consulting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• An independent, proactive, and solution-oriented approach to work
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken
