Project Manager

• Own end-to-end project management for enterprise launches using Alpaca’s brokerage APIs
• Collaborate with external product, engineering, and compliance stakeholders to scope, plan, and execute integration timelines
• Work with internal BD, engineering, legal, compliance, operations, and customer success teams to resolve issues and align resources
• Facilitate weekly partner check-ins, drive action items, and ensure progress toward deliverables
• Track and report project status, risks, and dependencies to leadership and partner stakeholders
• Help partners navigate KYC, AML, and regulatory disclosure requirements
• Document processes and improve onboarding frameworks for scalable partner integrations
• Represent the customer internally and provide partner context to leadership and teams
• Provide leadership updates on successes, blockers, and solutions
• Coordinate product feature rollouts and communicate partner feature requests to technical teams
• Support the success team with integration and new-product advice
• Create internal and external resources for partners and internal teams

• 2+ years of enterprise-level business project management experience with strong process, analysis, design, and documentation skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
• Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail to deliver high-quality output while meeting deadlines
• Flexibility to work with customers around the world
• Familiarity and interest in FinTech, financial markets, and investing applications
• Experience with communication and project management tools such as Slack, JIRA, Confluence, Basecamp and Google Workspace
