Airbnb Operations Manager – Property Concierge Services

• Manage and optimize a portfolio of properties listed on Airbnb, Booking.com, and Abritel
• Create and optimize listings, including photos, descriptions, and SEO
• Implement dynamic pricing to maximize revenue
• Manage reservations and guest relations, including messaging, check-ins, and dispute resolution
• Coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams between stays
• Prospect for new property owners looking to outsource the management of their properties
• Manage the business through the ALB platform and receive inquiries from property owners in your area
• Potentially build a team of City Managers through the sponsorship program
