Business Analyst

• Monitor KPIs for digital channels, ensuring data integrity and visibility into results
• Structure studies, analyses, and reports to support real-time business decisions
• Own official reports, presenting the numbers and telling the story behind the data
• Guide the business team based on data and analysis
• Develop action plans and projects with the business team
• Lead strategic project governance rituals and agendas
• Ensure stakeholders execute action plans and projects
• Lead intra-funnel behavior analyses and business hypotheses across web and app
• Decode users’ technical and behavioral journeys to increase conversion
• Automate reports and analyses, reducing manual processes
• Build AI agents to manage reporting routines
• Turn data into business decisions for Product and Engineering teams

• Advanced SQL, with the autonomy to extract and manipulate large volumes of data in BigQuery and Databricks
• Proficiency in data visualization tools, especially Data Studio
• Experience with GPT-4, Gemini, or Claude language models to automate analyses, summarize data, and accelerate scripting
• Advanced Excel/Sheets skills
• Strong practical knowledge of Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, and Product Analytics
• Knowledge of user journeys, retention, conversion, and cohorts
• Fluency in Amplitude or equivalent event-based tools
• Ability to analyze complex funnels and validate the consistency and taxonomy of tags/events
