Executive Assistant

About the role

• Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel logistics for executives
• Serve as the primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
• Organize and prioritize incoming requests, emails, and communications, ensuring prompt follow-up
• Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
• Support event planning, logistics, and meeting coordination
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Track key deliverables and drive completion of outstanding items
• Perform general office management and administrative tasks as needed

• 3+ years of experience supporting high-level executives, ideally in the technology sector
• Advanced English proficiency required (C1/C2 level)
• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
• Proactive approach—able to anticipate needs and adjust plans in a dynamic environment
• Strong organizational skills with proven ability to collaborate, prioritize, multi-task, and follow through
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Clear and results-oriented written and verbal communication skills
• High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion, especially when handling sensitive information
• Bonus skills: experience with event planning and logistics
