Full-Stack Product Engineer

• Build new features from concept to deployment
• Improve UI/UX with clean, intuitive interfaces
• Write reliable test code to maintain product stability
• Develop AI prompts and workflows
• Create structured evaluation tests to measure AI prompt performance and accuracy
• Ensure code quality through reviews, best practices, and testing
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues proactively
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Share insights, propose improvements, and contribute to the long-term product vision
• Take full ownership, learn the codebase quickly, and ship fast
• Complete the Culture Index™️ survey, participate in a cultural fit interview, technical test, follow-up interview, and Q&A during the application process

• Professional coding experience, e.g. 3–5 years
• 1–2 years of JavaScript experience
• Strong drive and potential; junior developers are welcome
• Ability to implement solutions with minimal documentation
• Ability to work mostly US hours, Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM Chicago time, with some overlap required
• Willingness to take ownership and see projects through
