Intern, Customer Success—ESG & Compliance Software

• Prepare and configure customer instances in the Sunhat software and check them for data completeness
• Support gap analyses against international sustainability standards such as GRI, CDP, Sedex, and EcoVadis
• Identify reporting requirements
• Create clear, easy-to-understand guidance materials for customers
• Make complex sustainability requirements tangible and accessible for customers
• Analyze and structure frameworks for the internal database
• Maintain documentation on reporting requirements
• Review recurring manual processes
• Contribute suggestions for templates and automation, including the use of AI tools

• Interest in sustainability topics
• Willingness to learn about standards such as GRI, CDP, Sedex, or EcoVadis; prior knowledge is not required
• Ability to compare information, identify discrepancies, and present findings clearly and transparently
• Openness to working with ChatGPT or Claude
• Ability to learn new software quickly
• Proficiency in using Excel and Google Sheets
• Thorough and detail-oriented approach to work
• Clear written and verbal communication in German
• English language skills are an advantage
• Willingness to gradually take on more responsibility after onboarding
